Thermal imaging is carried out using a FLIR thermal imaging camera — the industry standard in professional leak detection.
FLIR cameras detect temperature differences on walls, ceilings and floors that indicate the presence of hidden moisture without any damage to the property.
Acoustic detection equipment is used to listen for the sound of water escaping from pipes within structures and underground.
A Scope camera is used where accessible to visually inspect inside wall cavities and under floor spaces.
All equipment is used to support and confirm the findings of the investigation — not as a replacement for construction knowledge and structured investigation.

Every investigation starts from $500 + GST with no call out fee.
This covers up to 2 hours on site and includes thermal imaging, acoustic detection and a full written PDF report.
If additional time is required beyond two hours a rate of $165 + GST per hour applies.
You are informed of this before any additional time begins — no hidden costs and no surprises.
